Delivery Time
We care about our quality seriously, we'll check the goods one by one before sending them out.
Most orders will typically be shipped via express (EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, Aramex etc.). Our logistics experts will determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your stuff as quickly as possible. Normally it takes 1-3 working days to process the order, then 3-7 working days to arrive after goods leaves our China warehouse. Generally speaking, the goods can arrive you within 7-14 working days after order and payment confirmed.
Orders used early bird special discount will shipped by economic post, which takes 30-60 days to arrive averagely.
We do not guarantee arrival dates for International packages due to many factors out of our control including but not limited to weather/natural disaster, delays in custom clearance, and/or delays on the courier's end.
What should I do if I entered a wrong shipping address?
It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Once your order is shipped out, there is nothing much we can do to amend the shipping address. (1) If the goods still in international transit, please call the courier company hotline to correct it; (2) If goods already delivered, you should get in contact with the residence of the address you had originally provided to receive your package; (3) If this address does not exist, insufficient, or undeliverable, it will be hold temporarily by the shipping carrier and eventually discarded if not claimed in time. While the tracking online might say the package returned to sender, it was in most cases being hold at some processing station of the shipping carrier (not in our hands). Those packages will be discarded by the carrier if not claimed in a timely manner.
If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please email sales@casaideacn.com with your order details immediately. We will do our best to help resolve it with the shipping carrier. There is no guarantee and may occur extra charge for the change of address.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Understanding Customs & Import Taxes
Our company is registered in China, and all our goods is shipped from China warehouse. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. Customers shall be responsible for Duty, Tax and customs clearance. We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen.
Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be settled before your shipment can be delivered and are based on both the type and value of the item(s) being shipped. These fees are mandatory government taxes and are not collected by us. Shipping carriers may prepaid Tax and Duties to customs for package clearance and later collect from recipient.
In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout.
